Leap of Art Faith

Earlier this year the Met in New York had an artist put in an installation that is basically a leap of faith.

SO I am wondering if you think this is art?  Would you be able to stand under it while people are bouncing above?  Would you want to be one of the people who tries to walk across it?

  1. I don't see why it can't be art, I wouldn't like to do either of those things though

  3. There is always art even in the most unlikely of places, so I do believe that this could be categorized as art. I myself would not trust anyone walking above me. Although, I do think that I would be able to walk across.

  9. it it art without a creator. The people that walk make the art and they make it their own. everyone will get a different expirience looking at this piece because no 2 people will see the exact same thing or get the exact same reading
